Wherever you’re at today, I want you to know that you can be sure of your eternal destiny with God – 100% sure! Here’s how:
Be Sure You Belong to God
Are you sure you are a child of God?
Have you ever asked Jesus Christ to come into your life to forgive your sins and direct you life?
If you can’t recall a time when you did this, why don’t you go to https://thoughtsaboutgod.com/four-laws and read each step and then ask Him to come into your life? If you are serious, He will come in.
If you have at one time asked Jesus Christ into your life, He DID come into you life, according to His promise in Revelation 3:20,
“Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in have fellowship with (him/her).”
God’s Word is More Reliable Than our Feelings
The Bible (God’s Word, which is totally reliable) promises eternal life to all who receive Christ.
“God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He (or she) who has the Son has life; he (or she) who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life” (1 John 5:11-13).
Thank God (and this is important) that Christ is in your life and thank him that He will never leave you (Hebrews 13:5).
You can know on the basis of His promise that Christ lives in you and that you have eternal life from the very moment you invite Him in.
Do not depend on feelings. God’s Word, the Bible – not our feelings – is our authority.
The Christian lives by faith (trust) in the trustworthiness of God Himself and His Word.
Father, You are preparing us a mansion in heaven. We can’t wait to see what You have in store for us. Remove any doubts and fears we have about living forever with You. We love You! Amen.
May God Bless you in your journey to know him better.
