Jesus’ Touch, Blessing, and Joy

Published on September 20, 2020

“And Jesus came and touched them.” Matthew 17:7 (KJV)

Jesus’ touch is like no other. He reaches out to us with the hand of a true servant— with the warmth of deep compassion, with the wonder of tender mercies, with the understanding of a caring shepherd, and with the grace of unconditional love.

His hands assure us, His arms uphold us, His embrace affirms us; His touch renews us, restores us, revives us, and refreshes us.

His touch is filled with the promises of love—His touch tells us that we are His, that He is near, that He is able, that we are cared for with the fullness of the Father’s heart.

Jesus touched the children and blessings came upon them.

Jesus touched the lepers and they were completely cleansed.

Jesus touched the sick and they miraculously recovered.

Jesus touched the blind and their eyes were gloriously opened.

Jesus touched the brokenhearted and they were mended and made whole.

Jesus touched the fearful and peace returned to their troubled souls.

Whatever your need may be, Jesus’ hand is extended to touch you, to bless you, and to bring His joy to you.

Jesus’ Touch
Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him.” Mark 1:41 (NKJV)
Every time God touches your life, He leaves fingerprints of love.

Jesus’ Blessing
I always do what pleases Him.”  John 8:29 (AMP)
Every time Jesus blesses you, He is pleasing His Father.

Jesus’ Joy
Then they worshipped Him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy.”  Luke 24:52
When Jesus is at the heart of your worship, it moves you to the center of great joy.
